Job Description:
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk support.
- Basic knowledge of ticketing tools (Zendesk)
- Provide technical assistance and support 24X7 for incoming queries and issues.
- Analyze issues, diagnose, and fix bugs when required.
- Work with development team to identify and resolve complex problems.
- Address urgent issues quickly, work within and measure against customer SLAs.
- Proactively monitor production and non-production environments and applications.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shift).
