In 2015, MIT worked on End of Year Testing from Offshore for a T24 MCB (Micro-Finance and community banking) client. This activity principally involved running SIT & UAT, followed by checking the results/impact of SIT & UAT jobs on the Financial Year End for the client. This activity saved our client huge operational costs as well as the precious commodity of time. Despite the necessity of executing several SIT & UAT activities on the client’s environment, through the work of MIT in configuring the applicable parameter table(s) in T24 MCB to reduce the time needed for these activities, considerable savings were made by our client in terms of both time and cost.
Additionally, MIT has handled all phases of a T24 MCB implementation project for a client, from Initiation through to Requirements Gathering. In such a situation, this work was conducted as a mix of mainly offshore activities supplemented by limited time onsite visits (client name cannot be disclosed per the terms of the applicable Non-Disclosure Agreement).
In addition, to implementation services, MIT also offers training in T24, and has provided Training Proposals to T24 Banks in all geographies through our regional partners.
In 2016, we successfully implemented T24 R10 Model Bank Trade Finance functionality for a client in the Middle East in only 90 days. We are pleased to report that our client was pleased with the time taken, as well as the quality of our work, and provided sign-off without hesitation. MIT has also implemented T24 Treasury Modules Forex and Money Market, again for a client in the Middle East, from our office in Trichy, India. In this example, we started the requirements gathering using TAABS, installed the Treasury products, configured the system based on the Client’s business requirement and performed SIT Testing from offshore. We delivered the BCON Pack and user guide to the Bank and travelled onsite to provide UAT Training, UAT Support, Go-Live and After Live support from onsite and offshore.
Also, in 2016, MIT was engaged to implement the following T24 R15 TAFC modules for Byblos Bank Congo branch in Beirut, Lebanon; Letters of Credit (LC), Loans & Deposits (LD), Guarantees (MD), Forex (FX), Money Market (MM), Position Management (PM) and Nostro Reconciliation (NR).
Between February 2017 and July 2018, we were also engaged by another T24 bank to provide consultancy support for the implementation T24 R16 TAFJ functionality covering Letters of Credit (LC), Guarantees (MD) and Nostro Reconciliation (NR).
We are engaged with a client in East Asia integrating an ATM interface with T24 TAFC, and with another client in Africa providing corrections to GL / Position Mismatch from our office in India.
In addition to the above activities, MIT has also recently completed a significant training activity with a major TEMENOS Partner. Two Training projects were delivered covering T24 Technical and Business modules including AA Core, Lending and Deposits, as well as Technical areas including TAFJ, Design Studio.
